Where it leaks

Every stage loses revenue. Most of it is fixable.

Lead generation, nurturing, meetings, closing. Something falls out at each one, and what falls out is usually the same handful of things.

  • An AI tells customers something wrong about you
  • Your mail is sent to spam
  • You are targeting the wrong people
  • Your list was bought, not built
  • Nobody has written down what a good account looks like
  • Your first line reads like a template
  • One channel is doing all the work
  • Your site and the AI's answer tell different stories
  • An enquiry waits hours for a reply
  • Nobody follows up after the second email
  • Your replies read as AI slop
  • The lead goes cold between the reply and the calendar
  • Interested leads are never worked again
  • Your profile and your site say different things
  • Enquiries have to be chased, because none arrive on their own
  • Your pitch only works when you give it
  • Your sales team does not present well
  • Your pitch is not persuasive
  • The deck raises questions it cannot answer
  • Nobody has an answer to the hard question
  • The price lands before the cost of doing nothing
  • Every rep tells the story a different way
  • You are making the wrong offer
  • The call ends on “I’ll send a proposal through”
  • There is no date, and nothing a date decides
  • The person who signs was never in the room
  • The proposal goes quiet and nobody asks why
  • Pushback gets agreed with, then worked around

of what went in comes out signed.

Proof so far · Our own business first

Google's AI Overview didn't mention our debate coaching business. Four weeks later, it named us first.

The business is DebateBetter, and the search was “debating coaching Sydney”. Three things changed in those four weeks, and one of them was paid.

Named first

One search, on one engine, for one business: ours.
What it shows
One local answer moved within a month. Two of the three changes are work we would do for you: the business profile, and new pages, here the blog. The ads aren't.
What it can’t show
Which change did it: all three ran together, and one was paid. It is one business, ours, on one engine, and AI Overviews change by person, place and day. One case, not a promise for yours.

Our process

We work the whole process, from first contact to signature.

We find where the money is leaking and what each leak costs, then fix the biggest one first. Four lines of work cover the whole run: lead generation, funnel optimisation, meeting materials and pitches, and sales training. Each is quoted on its own, so the call starts with which one you came for.

  1. 01Find the biggest leak

What AI tells your customers, what happens to an enquiry, and how your pitch travels; then the pipeline walked stage by stage, with a number against each leak: what it is costing you, not how bad it looks.

  2. 02Fix it in that order

The biggest number first, with whichever of the four lines below that leak needs. Then measured again the same way, so the change is shown rather than claimed.

The four lines we fix with

01 · Lead generation

They ask an AI

Lead generation. Inbound and outbound: what AI tells your customers, and the accounts you reach first.

Two runs at once. They find you: what the AI answers say about you, measured as ranges, with the wrong facts fixed where the answers get them. And you reach them: who buys written down, the lists built to that definition rather than bought, then outreach in two channels carrying proof from the last client.

How it runs, both ways at once

InboundThey find you

  1. 01

    What the AI says now

The questions your customers ask, frozen before any work starts, and what each engine answers and cites.

  2. 02

A site the engines can read

Crawler access, bot blocking, and pages that only appear with JavaScript.

  3. 03

    The same facts everywhere

Your site, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn and the directories the answers cite, all saying one thing.

  4. 04

    On the lists they cite

The third-party lists and review sites the answers already draw on.

  5. 05

    Measured again

At six weeks and at ninety days, against control questions the work never touched.

OutboundYou reach them

  1. 01

    The ICP, written down

The accounts, the titles, and what they already pay to have the problem.

  2. 02

    Lists built to it

Built to that definition rather than bought, then checked back against it.

  3. 03

    Split with AI

The leads worth a person's time separated from the leads worth a sequence.

  4. 04

    Hybrid outreach

Two channels at once, email and LinkedIn, each carrying proof from the last client.

  5. 05

    Replies worked

Answered the day they land, and the accounts that went quiet worked again.

What you get

  • What the AI answers say about you against your competitors, as ranges and never ranks, beside control questions the work never touches
  • The wrong facts corrected at the source: your site, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn and the directories the answers cite
  • A battlecard for your sales team: what AI says about you against each competitor
  • The ICP written down: the accounts, the titles, and what they already pay for the problem
  • The lists, built to that definition and split into high- and mid-value
  • The sequences, in two channels, email and LinkedIn, with the social proof that lifts replies

What the AI answers say about you

“What expense software should a 60-person Australian company use?”

For a company that size, Competitor A and Competitor B are the usual picks: both handle corporate cards and sync with Xero. Your company also comes up, but it is mainly built for large enterprises1.

1Wrong. You sell to teams of 20 to 200. The engine cites a 2022 directory listing that no one updated.

Illustration. Not a real result.

How the answers are read

  • The questions your buyers ask, frozen before any work starts, plus the ones that name you
  • Five runs or more per question on each engine, logged out, from a Sydney location
  • Four counts, never blended: mentioned, cited with a link, recommended, described accurately
  • Every rate with its range, never a rank, and control questions the work leaves alone

On ChatGPT with search, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Gemini.

What gets fixed, strongest evidence first

  1. Let the engines read the siteMechanism

Crawler access, bot blocking at the CDN, content that only appears with JavaScript.

  2. Make the facts agree everywhereMechanism

Pricing, integrations and who it’s for, the same on the site, LinkedIn and the review sites.

  3. Get onto the lists the engines citeCorrelation

Brand mentions correlated 0.664 with visibility in Google's AI Overviews (Ahrefs, 75,000 brands).

  4. Write a page only where nothing answersWeakest

In SAGEO Arena (KDD 2026), rewriting body text lowered visibility in a lab pipeline, so we correct the facts on the pages you have but don’t rewrite them for the engines.

02 · Funnel optimisation

They wait on a reply

Funnel optimisation. The follow-up that leaks: the enquiry that waits, and the lead nobody chases.

An audit of where the pipeline leaks and what each leak costs, starting with the enquiry: how long it waits, who answers it, and whether anyone follows up. Then the fixes, including AI that drafts the reply and the follow-up in your team's voice for a person to approve. Nothing sends itself.

How it runs

  1. 01

    The audit

Your last three months of enquiries read, read-only: time to first reply, enquiries never answered, follow-ups missed.

  2. 02

    The leaks costed

Each drop-off put against a number, so the order of work is not a matter of taste.

  3. 03

    Drafts for approval

An AI agent drafts replies and follow-ups from your price list and past replies. A person approves every send.

  4. 04

    Run beside the team

Every draft logged: sent as written, edited, or rejected.

  5. 05

    Measured again

The same baseline, run again, with what the drafts got wrong.

What you get

  • An audit of the pipeline, stage by stage, with where it leaks and what each leak is costing
  • The baseline: time to first reply, enquiries never answered, follow-ups missed
  • An AI workflow that drafts replies and follow-ups in your team's voice, with every draft waiting for a person to approve
  • Nurturing and the follow-up for a lead that goes quiet, written to read as a person

Nothing sends itself

Every draft waits for a person to approve, edit or reject it, and every one is logged. The approval screen is what you are buying.

03 · Meeting materials and pitches

They hear your pitch from someone else

Meeting materials and pitches. A pitch that still works when someone else is telling it.

Your champion retells it to their boss, and your deck gets read with nobody in the room. So we rebuild the running order until the cost lands before the ask, and cut every slide down to one claim and the number behind it.

How it runs

  1. 01

The deck as you send it

Read against the questions it raises and the ones it never answers.

  2. 02

    The running order rebuilt

The cost of doing nothing lands before the ask, not after it.

  3. 03

    One claim a slide

Every slide cut back to one claim and the number behind it.

  4. 04

    The slides redesigned

Built so the argument survives being read with nobody in the room.

  5. 05

    The same thing in market

Launch and UGC content that makes the argument outside the meeting.

What you get

  • The running order rebuilt so the cost lands before the ask
  • Every slide cut back to one claim and the number behind it

04 · Sales training

They hear your pitch from someone else

Sales training. Your team trained on the questions that cost deals, the way debaters prepare.

Every question that costs you deals, pulled out of your own recorded calls and written up with the answer that works. Then the team argues both sides of its hardest objections, the way a debate team preps a motion, until everyone has an answer a buyer could repeat to their boss.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Your calls

30 to 50 recorded calls, or a seat on two live ones if nobody records the room.

  2. 02

    The questions ranked

The ones that keep coming back, ranked by how often they come up and what they cost.

  3. 03

    The playbook

Each written up twice: the answer that lost the call, quoted with a timestamp, and the answer that works.

  4. 04

    Live sessions

The team argues both sides of the hard questions out loud, and each answer is pulled apart while it is fresh.

  5. 05

    The room

Public speaking coaching for the people who have to present.

What you get

  • Every recurring question, ranked by how often it comes up and what it costs
  • The answer that loses it, quoted from your own calls with a timestamp, and the answer that works
  • A note on each answer: where it conceded, where the cost got skipped, where the ask came early
  • A note on the speaking: pace, filler, and what to do with the silence after a hard question

Questions

What buyers ask before they book.

What happens on the call?

Thirty minutes with our team, in your time zone. We start with where you think customers slip away, then look at what they see before you get a word in: what AI tells them, what happens to an enquiry, and how your pitch travels. You leave knowing which leak we would fix first, what that takes, and whether we are the right team for it. No pressure either way.

What is the free Snapshot?

Three checks on what a customer sees before you get a word in: what AI says about you beside three competitors you name, one test enquiry through your own form, and your homepage's first line beside how the AI describes you. It comes back as a five-minute video within five working days, and ends on the biggest of the three leaks and what fixing it takes. It is a small sample and says so, so read it as directional.

Do you really send a test enquiry?

Only if you tick the box that allows it. It is one real question a customer would ask, sent through your own form at a time you don't know. We log how long the reply takes, who answers, and whether anyone follows up over the next three working days. You knew one was coming, so read it as your best case.

Can you get us named first in ChatGPT?

Nobody can promise that. Answers change from run to run: two answers to the same prompt list the same brands less than 1 time in 100 (SparkToro and Gumshoe, January 2026). So we measure how often you are named, with a range, against control questions the work never touched, and fix the sources the answers draw on: the site the engines read, the facts they repeat and the lists they cite.

Do we need llms.txt or schema markup?

Google says its AI features need no special files or schema. Neither is sold here as a lever; the work is the site the engines can read, the same facts everywhere, and the third-party lists the answers already cite.

Will the AI answer our enquiries by itself?

No. It drafts the reply or the follow-up in your team's voice, from your price list and past replies, and a person approves, edits or rejects every one. Every draft is logged, so you can see what it gets wrong. Nothing sends itself.

What does the audit produce?

The pipeline walked stage by stage, where it leaks and what falls out, with a number against each leak, starting with the enquiry: how long it waits for a reply, and whether anyone follows up. That number sets the order of the work, and the same walk-through runs again after the fixes.

What changes when you rebuild a deck?

The running order first: the cost of doing nothing lands before the ask, not after it. Then every slide is cut back to one claim and the number behind it, redesigned so the argument survives being read with nobody in the room, and the last slide names the next step. The same argument goes out as launch and UGC content, so it is made outside the meeting as well.

Do we have to record our calls?

No. Sales training is written from 30 to 50 recorded calls where they exist, and where nobody records the room, from a seat on two live ones. If you would rather start smaller, five calls or a seat on two live ones is enough to write up the three questions costing you the most.

What if it does not work?

You will know, because everything is measured again the way it was measured first: the AI answers against control questions the work never touched, the replies against the baseline, and the pipeline leak by leak against the number each one was given before any work started.

Who does the work?

Our team, part of Antler's AUS 16 cohort. The pitch and training work comes from competitive debating. Our founder's team won the 2026 Australs Open, the Australasian Intervarsity Debating Championships.
